Rev. Dr. Joanne Angel BarryColon is the founder of Wholistic Fitness NY and the creator of the Wise Woman Portal Method™, a transformational framework that integrates strength training, nutrition, astrology, numerology, Reiki, and metaphysical healing to help women reconnect with their bodies, awaken their inner wisdom, and live with purpose.

With more than 40 years of experience in health, fitness, nutrition, and women's wellness, Joanne has dedicated her life's work to helping women understand that true healing is more than physical—it is emotional, energetic, spiritual, and transformational.

As a Certified Wholistic Personal Trainer, Reiki Master, Medical Astrologer, Master Numerologist, and Wholistic Integrative Teacher, Joanne combines science with soul to guide women through every stage of life—from their first menstrual cycle through menopause and beyond.
